Room in poor condition with dusty furniture, stained lampshade, and scuffed walls. Lack of customer service and disinterested check-in staff.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to shopping areas and within walking distance of various sites and restaurants. The free transfer to-and-from the airport was a great advantage and made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice view of the city. The bathroom was clean and the service provided by the hotel staff was prompt and attentive. The breakfast offered a good selection and the quality of the food was satisfactory. the facilities and advantages of the room made our stay enjoyable.

The bed was super nice and comfy. Good shower - powerful. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Really like the location - it's in the centre of the city and super convenient to explore.

The breakfast buffet is exceptional, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes.

It seems that the hotel can sometimes be noisy due to outside parties and ongoing construction.

the spacious room had comfortable bedding and beautiful decor. the Spa centre was phenomenal. the staff was exceptional, catering to our every need. the continental breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. the Lobby bar was a great place to unwind.

There was not a restaurant within the hotel. Although the location was convenient for exploring the city, the neighborhood was not the best.

Stepping into this luxurious hotel feels like being transported to another era. the staff provides exceptional service and fulfills every request, from massages at the spa to delicious meals in the restaurant. the exclusive amenities provide a truly luxurious experience, with a continental breakfast that satisfies any taste, and a well-equipped bar/lounge area for relaxation.

A minor issue with the air conditioning. Although it wasn't always able to keep the room cool, opening the windows provided enough relief.
